This community resides within a
square shaped boundary by
Warden
Ave , Sheppard, Birchmount, and the 401.
It's predominately an attractive bungalow community with
a large townhouse complex along
Warden Avenue
. It has a new
Caribbean
restaurant and
offers the area's cheapest gas prices at Eagle Gas, on Sheppard and
Amethyst.
The
Chinese
Mandarin
Church
is
the area's only place of worship.
There are 2 parks: Lynngate and Scarden (where I
played slo-pitch baseball for my REMAX team).
One
of the most spectacular Halloween displays in north-west
Scarborough
can
be found in this community at the southwest corner of Marlbank and
Birchard.

Scarden
Park
This is a place to avoid in a heavy
rainstorm. It's primary function is to act as a holding pond for
storm water surging in the neighbouring storm water pipe system.
